Work Location: Remote - Will need to be available for monthly/quarterly team meetings on-site.



Salary: $46.47/hr - $86.60/hr

The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of each level, relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity.

Candidates who have managerial experience, solutions architect, or Team Lead AND Population Health Experience with Epic Certification are highly preferred. 


 


JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and managing the day to day operations for application production support processes, systems, projects, and personnel for clinical applications

  • . Analyzes and researches departmental budget(s) to locate errors and/or omissions, balance account records, and reconcile discrepancies. Supervises staff and manages employee performance.

  • Provides on-going performance feedback, addresses problems, orients and trains employees, verifies competency and identifies and suggests ways to develop skills.

  • Monitors workflow.

  • Attends educational in-services as appropriate.

  • Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.

  • Collects, organizes, and analyzes data and generates and provides accurate and complete reports for management and/or regulatory agencies.

  • Interprets applicable regulations and establishes filing and auditing procedures to ensure records and files are accurate and in compliance

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred, plus 4 years experience in health care information technology including project management, personnel management, and application production support.

  • Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
